Our company name is built up of ?Grand? and ?-itude?, which signifies a mindset ? an attitude or an approach. Our logo is designed using the golden ratio as an elephant inside the letter G. We want our customers to perceive our work as Grand combined with the elephant?s appearance of reliability, strength and confidence. That signifies perfectly who we are. At Granditude our driving forces are passion and energy. That we would like to transfer to our clients and give them ?that little bit extra?. We are looking for a person that mindset. You have probably just left school, or have worked for a couple of years. You have the right set of basic skills, and is eager to learn new things and develop new skills. In combination with brilliant technical knowledge, you must have social skills as most of the work will be performed in close contact with our clients.

We live and breathe databases, so you must know your SQL. Our solutions are built upon Open Source software, e.g. Hadoop and Pentaho, that are written mostly in Java and therefore knowledge within this area is definitely a plus. As much of the work is performed in Linux, we want you to feel comfortable in that environment. In addition to ?hard core? technology, we are working with analysis and Business Intelligence, so if you have knowledge of that or of statistics, you have a definite advantage. The rest you will learn!
