Are you active and love to engage on Social Media? Do you understand the importance and impact of Social Media? MultiMind is now looking for a Social Media Community Manager for our clients international Social Media Team. The assignment will be located in their nordic head quarter. Starting as a 1 year consultancy with the possibily for extension.

The role: You will work in a new team with other Community Managers across the nordic countries in order to manage the day to day operations of local social media channels, such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. You will work closely with your fellow collegues to share experiences and topics from the community, but also be responsible for supporting the marketing team in order to coordinate overarching plans. This role is new and will develop over time so you will also take part of establishing the way of working and influence responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Content adaptations
Providing engaging texts for social media accounts
Publish co ntent including QA
Statistics
Local content coordinator
Consumer dialogue - Reply to comments and questions across channels, give tips and delegate harder questions to the right department
Coordination of technical customer support issue
Translation


Requirements: Fluent in a nordic language and English, Swedish is meritiorius
Excellent writing skills
Two years of Social Media platform related experience or proven work experience as a community manager
Basic Photoshop skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
A passion for technology
A Bachelor's Degree in marketing or communications
