Arbetsbeskrivning
The EdTech sector is hotter than ever and our offer to the market is on fire. So, in order to keep up with the demand for our products we’re currently looking for a full-stack software developer to join our team in Linköping.
About us
More than 5 million users. 400 co-workers and 9 offices. From Boden in northern Sweden to Schmalkalden in central Germany. We are the leading EdTech company in Scandinavia!
Together with our users we develop digital solutions for a better way of learning. We combine technical competence with work experience from schools to change the world. Do you also want to make a difference?
About the role
You will join the development department and the team developing our cutting-edge mobile apps and the backend solutions supporting them. You will be involved in the entire stack.
We believe in self organizing teams which will give you both freedom, responsibility and involvement while developing you team’s services - making work technically challenging and fun for all!
We strive for a truly innovative culture and have multiple activities or methods to boost innovation. We are using modern technologies and are constantly evaluating our next improvements!
About you
We are looking for a code wizard with some years of working experience in a JavaScript based context. Regardless of background, you have probably labelled yourself as developer or programmer for quite some time.
We think you’re into both app, web and backend development since you will be involved in the full stack. It includes JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, React Native, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Docker and more. Knowledge and experience of some of these technologies are highly valuable but most important is that you are eager to learn.
You enjoy working in a team - as a team - and like us, you really believe in the agile methodologies and processes. We believe you have good communication skills and not only like to contribute to your team and the people around you, but also to the organization. As a person you show great responsibility, tend to make things happen and welcome change. We expect you to enjoy being part of an agile and healthy changing environment.
Our solutions are aimed at the end user - every parent with a child in school and every child that goes to school. So, if you are looking for a fun and educational challenge but also would like to make a difference to society, you will match our team perfectly.
