Arbetsbeskrivning

We want our co-workers to appreciate and recommend IKEA as a great place to work!
WHO WE ARE
Hi, my name is Catrin, Engineering Manager within the Total Reward subdomain in Ingka Digital (IKEA).
Ingka currently spends a lot on co-worker benefits, but co-worker awareness of and engagement in those benefits are low!
The business value we aim to create is to communicate our total rewards offer including salary and all global and local benefits, in a way that is clear and effective, available at all times, up to date and more.
By that we want our co-workers to appreciate and recommend IKEA as a great place to work!
