The group Architecture & Non-Propulsive within Control Systems, Complete Powertrain consists of 14 persons responsible for System and functional development of Powertrain nodes. We collaborate with internal and external multinational system suppliers.

As Software Engineer - CM you are responsible for the delivery of Software Plug-in Module (SPM) software (SW), documentation and interface specification. SPM is a model-based SW developed within several different sections in order to decrease the number of nodes. The amount of SPM's increases quickly in our powertrain projects. The delivery process, which includes integration into complete powertrain deliveries, will be handled by you and your two colleagues. Powertrain Software Integration's responsibilities include SW quality and SW integration. You will work in close collaboration with your team in a cross functional role with an interface toward a big network of various Software Plugin Module owners.

Main responsibilities

* Develop m-script for Matlab
* Develop support tools with Visual Studio (ASP.Net/c #) and SQL server management studio
* Manage and communicate a complete SPM-timetable including information about projects that have SPM´s
* Deliver a complete specification to the system suppliers of the SPM-interface
* Manages file and project structure in the software configuration system
* Software integration
* Compile and deliver SPM packages
* Support Tool development

Required qualifications

* You need at least a B.Sc. grade within electronics, computer science, or a similar education
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Experience in web development, preferably C # and ASP.NET as well as experience in database programming, MS SQL Server management and software integration is meritorious
* An asset would be experience in software development for embedded systems, Matlab, m-script and Autosar
* Understanding of model-based systems, preferably with experience from Simulink/TargetLink is meritorious
* A driver license B is an asset
