We are recruiting for a Software Requirements Specialist in our Software Systems Development department. In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by analysing customer and system needs in close collaboration with Marketing, System engineering and the Clinical validation department. You will be responsible of defining those needs into requirements both technical and user experience related for our software developers and Verification team so they can develop and ensure the high quality we strive for in our customer applications.

As we grow bone conducted solutions business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.
As a regulated company, Cochlear has a responsibility to hire people with the right skills and qualifications to do the work. To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

>5 years of working with defining requirement for software products.
B. Sc. or M. Sc. in Engineering or equivalent academic degree.
Evidence of good individual, team, cross-functional and cross-regional communication skills.
A process driven and structured way of work.
Experience in working in an agile environment.
Good verbal and written English and Swedish language skills.
The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefits for Cochlear´s customers.
A responsible attitude to working safely and building the safety culture.
A commitment to lifelong learning and development.
