Solution analyst

Adecco IT & Engineering looking for a Solution analyst for our client who is a global company and the leader in its field of activity. Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Capture high level business requirements.
• Based on the high level business requirements and functional analysis produce a detailed functional specification document describing the recommended new solution and/or changes to existing solution(s). Both functional and non-functional.
• Ensure level 2 support as required for the responsible solutions area
• Own a deep functional knowledge of our systems and understands the functional implications for modification of a specific function of a system
• Support the project manager in various tasks
• Plan, facilitate and carry out testing for projects and service packs, when needed.
• Create release notes prior to go-live of releases
• Train colleagues in new applications
• Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements and complies with financial legislative requirements e.g. statutory, reporting, tax etc.
• Other various tasks

Professional experience:
• Some years´ experience in the role of solution or business analyst
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to run internal workshops and externally to small audiences

Personal attributes:
• Team player, but still hold ability to work independently
• Ability to manage a number of activities concurrently and drive them to completion
• Analytical and able to think for yourself
• Be happy with a hectic everyday work life
• Ability to quickly turn around, as the days with us are not always as planned
• Evaluate information effectively, identify what is critical and is able to conclude - based on practical judgment, experience and common sense
• Thrives on a mix of routine tasks and independent tasks
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Technically interested

Language requirements:
• Good command of English and Swedish
• Any additional language within Nordics is a plus
