For our client in Kista we are looking for a Solution Architect starting immediately.
You will be employed at Top Talent Jobs and the job is done in the customer's premises.

As a Transformation Program EUS Architect you are having the solution responsibility for the below features:

Social Command Center feature
• FastPass Portal
• Chat functionality
• Automatic Password Reset
• Vitual Assistant

End User features:

• End User Analytics
• End User Personas
• Application consolidations
• MS Intune/SCCM

The EUS solution Architect is expected to establish HLD/LLD documents in the Transformation Program as well support the different projects with technical support and guidance throughout the whole Transformation Program.


Assignment/Descripion:

• The typical work load for a solution architect is heavy work load during the initial period when technical solutions and documentation are established. The same goes for at the later part of the projects meaning testing, delivering, go live hand over deliverables to BAU and production setting

• End User Services – Social Command Centre/Service Desk/ Automatic Password Reset, Chat Functinality, Portals, Virtual agent, End User Analytics, End User Personas, Work Place application consolidation, MS Intune/SCCM

• Contact language - English
• Language in customer interface - English
• Required travelling – Yes, to Sweden Stockholm, Amsterdam, Netherlands once a month
