Location: Huskvarna, Sweden

Husqvarna Group is looking for a Global Commodity Manager Brand & Marketing to join our Indirect Sourcing Team in the Husqvarna Division.

Unit/Department you will be part of
Sourcing at Husqvarna is organized in several functions securing quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of supply. The key mission is to ensure the greatest value is provided to the organization´s internal customers.

Your role is to:
1. Analyze purchasing activities and data information;
2. Monthly KPI tracking for 120 major suppliers of strategic sourcing program;
3. Support supplier negotiation, quotation analysis and benchmarking;
4. Improve data quality of Master Data Management;
5. Coordinate procurement tasks from different sourcing teams.

Who you are

Education:
. Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, or other relevant discipline
. Preferred: Master's Degree and recognized qualification in Purchasing

Experience:
. Entry level position
. Purchasing Experience is an advantage
Languages:
. Fluency in English is required (written and oral)
. Fluency in additional languages, e.g. German, or other language, is an advantage

. Strong influencing, communication & interpersonal skills
. Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
. Ability to work with internal stakeholders and drive the data quality agenda
. Knowledge and experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) including presentation and database applications.
