As Sourcing Manager you will have collaborations with colleagues in USA, Europe and Asia. You will be part of the Global Sourcing and Quality Supply Chain team, reporting to the Head of Sourcing & Quality Supply Chain, who is also located in Gothenburg.
The main purpose for the Sourcing Manager is to lead, manage and develop the Corporate Purchasing team to meet our objectives. This includes team and process development as well as coordination inside and outside of the company.
This is a permanent position, starting with a temporary contract of 6 months.
Responsibilities

Business level:
Accountable for achieving our Sourcing KPI’s, you will contribute to achieving supply our products and services according to Cost, Deliveries, Quality and Features targets throughout our EMS partners and sub-suppliers.
Increase Cost awareness within the company through continuous improvement of our processes and training
Contribute to our Suppliers’ strategy
Develop and follow up of our EMS and sub-suppliers (lean capabilities)
Lead, monitor sourcing activities within our regions
Execute investments according to budget for our projects and during life cycle of our products and services
Management level:
Lead, motivate, support and develop our 8 Corporate Purchasers to successfully achieve team objectives
Establish and improve global collaboration around Sourcing activities by training and supporting initiatives internally and externally
Lead or participate in development and improvement of operational processes, procedures and work instructions in related areas. This also includes monitoring of adherence to those routines
Assure needed resources and competencies within the approved budget
Qualifications
Education in Purchasing & Logistics
Excellent negotiations skills
Leadership skills
ERP understanding
Knowledge about electronic production
Other production processes understanding is a plus
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Personal skills
