Spare Parts & Region Coordinator

Volvo Parts, a business unit within the Volvo Group, is responsible for the global management and distribution of parts and for providing the Volvo Groups business areas with aftermarket support.An additional area of responsibility is re-manufacturing of engines and engine components used in Volvos different engine programs.Position Description Parts & Region Support is today a team of 10 Spare Parts & Region Coordinators with main focus to support Region Europe, Sales companies and Regional warehouses in South-America, Korea, Singapore and USA. The job includes different types of problem solving, e.g.questions regarding backorders and emergency back order handling. We need a new member to the team who can focus primarily on issues related to emergency back orders, e.g.back order solutions, supplier development, follow-up and analysis.Job description: Back order handling.High level problem solving in a high tempo Development and follow-up of cost-efficiency related to back orders.Overall knowledge and follow up of emergency back orders.Take part in development of back order handling.Involvement in supplier development regarding issues related to back orders.Internal customers order handling, follow up (e.g.order pattern, delivery status) and analysis.Operational Development, OD; on-going development of the business by actively participate in development teams and projects.Back order handling.High level problem solving in a high tempo Qualifications: High degrees of customer focus and service mindset Problem solving capability Technical knowledge and interest Positive and creative attitude Key-word for the position is: persistence, analytical skills, communicative & co-operative, logistic knowledge Good knowledge in Swedish and English.French and/or German are merits Knowledge of Volvo CE products University degree in logistics or experience in after market logistics preferred. Location: This position will be located in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
