Specialist in IT infrastucture

Key duties
We are now looking for an IT specialist to strengthen IT operations. As an IT specialist you will work with the operation and management of BancTecs IT infrastructure for both internal and external customers. You are part of a team of six specialists who works with design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and documentation of our technical solutions. You will also be second line support to our Nordic service desk and be scheduled for on call duty. You will report to the head of IT Operations.
Background and profile
We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience working with system administration and is a certified MCSA. You have a structured approach and are interested in information security. We prefer that you have experience of working with the following:
. Microsoft client and server operating systems
. Microsoft System Center Suite
. Storage Solutions
. Implementation and operation of various 24-hour solutions
Furthermore, we see it as a merit if you have experience of working in accordance with ITIL. We expect you to have strong knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech as well as writing. In order for you to feel comfortable in the role we think you like to solve problems, have good interpersonal skills and have a drive to share your knowledge. You are accustomed to work independently and with a structured methodology. We put great emphasis on personal qualities and we assume that you are reliable also during work peaks.
