Job description
Modern healthcare demands increased levels of safety, flexibility and reliability in the packaging of medical devices and other health care products. By combining strength, well-balanced permeability and the optimum seal and peel properties, paper serves as a sustainable barrier solution for medical devices, often in combination with plastic films.

We would like you to be one of our worldwide technical experts in packaging for medical use. This includes an understanding of how our paper is used in the manufacturing process at our customers or brand owners, and an ability to solve technical process-problems related to the use of our paper. You will then return this knowledge to our mills, and thereby contribute to the development of our products.

You will work in close cooperation with our sales offices, customers, Skärblacka mill and Beetham mill. You will also have a lot of external contacts such as suppliers of machinery and research institutes. The role includes travelling up to ten days per month.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role you should have experience in medical device manufacturing, packaging of medical devices or general packaging optimization. Previous experience in manufacturing of plastic film is also meritorious.

Your educational background is a Bachelor or Master of Science. You must be fluent in English, both orally and in writing, since you will handle customer worldwide. Additional languages are an advantage.

The position is located at the Office in Skärblacka.
