Description

Our client is looking for a Specialist in Operational Procurement. The clients Common Procurement Platform will go into proof of concept soon. The intention of this project is to create control of all spend connected to indirect within the total Inter at the client.

During the “proof-of-concept” within the client you will support the daily operation and business in procurement of indirect products and services through the COPP. The implementation will be done step by step by introducing more processes and more organisations during the assignment. The assignment will be towards multiple colleagues that will work across all products and services & each colleagues will have three main responsibilities.

Work tasks:

- Purchase Request-, Order Management & Operational procurement/sourcing
- Information & data management on Supplier information, contracts and purchasing catalogues
- Point of entry/helpdesk for business inquires/support


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Master data management
- Indirect Procurement
- Operational Procurement assignment
- Experience from similar Operational procurement assignments and user experience from IVALUA or similar procurement platforms.
