Sr Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager is overall responsible for project delivery on scope, quality, time and cost. Project schedule for the overall and aggregated timeline for the project is created together with the representatives from all disciplines represented on a Core Team of the project. Senior Program Manager drives the project and works together and supports all Function Group leads within the project (SW, HW, SC, PLM, Release to name some) in order to create and present an overall and aggregated project schedule to everyone involved in the project as well as the project?s sponsors and also the customer of the project if necessary.
Program Managers are responsible for executing projects initiated by the Product owner and prepare checkpoints reviews. The PM is also responsible for risk management and handling or escalation of problems interfering with project progress. The Program manager needs to be able to develop good work procedures, manage time well and handle the information flow. The role needs to have good cooperation skills to solicit ideas and encourages participation with others.

Required Skills:

Software project management in an agile development model
Leading projects with a mix of local and remote teams
Excellent English language spoken and in writing
7+ years of engineering project management experience
7+ years working with ARRIS products and software
