LeanNova Engineering is an engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden, created in 2012 by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 grown to over 150 employees with a majority of former Saab engineers but also persons with other experiences. We will continue to grow rapidly and we plan to open offices in Shanghai and Gothenburg.

Position description

For this position we are looking for a Senior Systems engineer, working with high voltage systems in electrical and hybrid vehicles. As a Senior Systems engineer, you will have the holistic view of the electrical HV system. Working tasks are HV system requirements, calculation/simulations and integration of the complete electrical HV system. You shall have a profound knowledge in functional safety (e.g ISO 26262) as well as high voltage hazards safety, previous work experience from functional safety work and high voltage interlock safety concepts are preferred.

Skills & Requirements

-M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics
-Knowledge in functional safety acc. ISO26262 and high voltage hazards safety
-Driving license
-English in speech and writing
-Good team player/communicator
-Flexibility regarding travels and/or working abroad
-Self-propelled with high motivation
