As a Station / Operations Manager you will lead, motivate and inspire a team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service, operational efficiency and quality to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets for your station. This is a varied and challenging management role covering: customer service; fleet distribution & maintenance; customer loyalty; quality assurance; sales and administration.
In addition to a proven track record in similar management roles, to be successful in this demanding role, you will need to display our high performance behaviours, in particular customer focus, pace and a winning spirit. You must also have strong skills in people management, coaching and development and it is essential that you are a fluent English & Swedish speaker and able to work flexible schedules.
