Storage Specialist

We are expanding our team with an Infrastructure enthusiast with a passion for delivering world class solutions and services. We offer a specialist role in a fast pace environment with system design and development challenges within Storage, Cloud & Virtualization domain projects.

You will be performing system administration tasks managing our NetApp storage infrastructure and Veeam backups daily as well as our VMWare server clusters and finding ways to automate such tasks. Monitoring system health, managing continual patching and incident management are also common tasks. You will be supporting multiple projects that will be releasing new systems and software, as well as scaling and upgrading our current systems. On top of this, you will also participate in projects to expand our platform to new markets. Your inputs will be vital in providing the services we offer to our customers.

The IT Operations department consists of multiple competencies, and can offer you insights not only within IT, but also from colourful interests such as jousting, beer brewing and turtles.

What you bring

We believe you have in depth knowledge from managing an enterprise IT infrastructure, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis in large scale environments with NetApp , Veeam and VMWare, as critical components. Experience with Networking, Linux and Windows servers is assumed but expert knowledge is not required.

Furthermore, it is a plus if you have experience from cloud computing. Monitoring and auto-remediation and scripting skills in some form are expected.
