Summer Intern Predictive Modelling

The Predictive Modelling department is responsible for the development and maintenance of all Klarna?s automatic decision models and credit underwriting rules. With the combination of industry standard methods and out of the box thinking, the team innovates to minimize losses, maximize approval rates and improve the product offering.

As a Summer Intern you will be working with several projects during the summer. Together with an ambitious and dedicated team, you will also run ongoing analytical tasks within the department. You will get full insight in credit modelling and credit underwriting policies and see your analytical and technical skill utilized in a business context.

To succeed in this role you will need a strong interest in quantitative analysis. The chance to work with state of the art statistical tools makes you tick. You have a technical or economic education such as statistics or engineering and strong academic records in analytical subjects, for example mathematics, statistics or solid mechanics. Knowledge of programming and statistics is an advantage.
