Worktasks
We are looking for a summer trainee Archivist for the Central Archive Services team in Stockholm Campus, which is responsible for delivering high quality archiving services cost efficiently for our clients. Your responsibilities will include a variety of archiving tasks and customer service. Your work consists of providing access to materials and managing disposals as well as acting as a first point of contact for the clients.

Your profile
We believe that suitable candidates have previous experience with archives and/or information management. It is important that you are a quick learner and you are planning on continuing in the field of records management and archiving. Knowledge of areas such as cataloguing, data entry, information retrieval, archive management and executing disposals in archives are definite merits. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and are proficient in MS Office.
