Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.

The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.

Description
In order to effectively restart our workshops, we need experienced Supervisors to
- be responsible for managing the operations and personnel in a production area
- ensure delivery of quality products
- lead, coach and train their staff- coordinate the preparation of the main flow
- have internal and external contacts with suppliers of services and materials

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
- extensive knowledge and at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably from the
  automotive industry
- experience in personnel management
- knowledge in Lean Production System
- Driving license B

You master Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
