In September 2015 Capi will start our sales operation at Københavns Lufthavne Kastrup in Copenhagen, Denmark. With the support from headquarters and our sales team we will be a successful operation with three stores at the airport! Do you want to be part building this business? Supervisor Sales (full-time)

Do you have the potential to work in an international and dynamic environment with the latest trends in electronics?


As a Supervisor Sales you oversee shop needs, handle daily business issues and recognise business opportunities. You are constantly communicating with the Airport Manager in order to improve the company's procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts and regulatory guidelines. As a Supervisor Sales you are supporting the Airport Manager. You will learn the ins and outs of the organisation, from working in the shops, implementing commercial actions and working closely with the Airport Manager on budget.
Do you have the potential to manage and work in an international and dynamic environment with the latest trends in electronics?

Main duties:
. Supports the Airport Manager
. Ensures and takes care of a professional and inviting presentation of the stores;
. Coaches sales team
. Helps realising shop objectives
. Assists during shop inventories;
. Ensures for an optimal progress of shop activities
. Follows strategic guidelines;
. Works along in the shop together with the salespersons
. Other duties may be required to do.


You are a natural leader and know, besides achieving your own goals, how to motivate others to reach theirs.

Profile
. Excellent command of the Danish and English language;
. Proficiency in other languages are preferable;
. Commercial attitude and passion for Retail;
. Experience in leading and guiding a team is preferable
. You may work in shifts which occur 7 days a week;
. Your drive, enthusiasm and knowledge of relevant activities makes you a pleasant and dignified interlocutor.
