Place of action
The Group Function Group ICT is responsible for supplying efficient IT services and IT support to Saab's business units worldwide. You will work in the Service Integration unit whose task is to ensure that ICT's services are available to support and to order by delivering the processes, methods and tools for the whole of ICT, including subcontractors. ICT is in a very exciting transitional period where we are moving from supplying local IT services to an increasingly global delivery.

Your future challenge
The Servicedesk is a function that is supplied by Service Integration with the help of our subcontractors. In recent years, the Servicedesk has grown from being run locally to becoming increasingly global.  There are currently two providers of Servicedesk services to ICT, one in Sweden and one in India, with the Indian provision still in its formative stages. Our strategy is to develop global support for all of Saab's users. Your task is to monitor and develop both of these deliveries and ensure that the providers collaborate to provide the best possible support for the end users. There may be additional providers in the future.
Besides the task of monitoring and developing the Servicedesk provision, you will also drive the development of the entire Service Integration together with those responsible for other areas within the unit. Your duties will include:

* being the Single point of Contact for our Servicedesk providers
* monitoring delivery against SLAs and targets
* coordinating Saab's Servicedesk needs
* supporting contractual processes
* continuous development of the Servicedesk provision

The role includes travel within Sweden and abroad.

Today's demands
You have good knowledge of IT support and supplier collaboration. We are looking for someone who enjoys new challenges and because we are in a phase of rapid change, you should also be highly capable of managing through change. You are focused on collaboration, yet are equally capable of stepping in and controlling the delivery in a clear manner.

Moreover, we are seeking the following personal qualities:

We expect you to have a university degree that is relevant to the position and a number of years' experience in the IT industry. You have previously worked in a leading function within Support or Servicedesk, ideally in an international organisation.

You must possess good communication skills. Fluency in English is essential since a large proportion of your supplier contacts will be in English. Previous experience of contractual work is beneficial.
