Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager for our MINI-LINK products. Do you want to take the opportunity to craft the future of technology with us?
In this role, you will secure Supplier Process Capability and Product Quality for purchased products/material. You will work both with introduction of new products (NPI), as well as already released products (maintenance).
In NPI, you will be highly involved in our industrial teams, which means you will work very close to R&D when crafting new products, in order to secure supply quality after the products have been released.
In maintenance, you have the quality responsibility securing the right quality in already released products, which means you will look after both proactive actions as well as corrective actions in order to deliver products with the highest quality to our customers.
You will develop strategies, establishing and maintaining processes, frameworks and infrastructure compliance.
You will also drive supplier and sourcing process and product quality activities with input from product roadmaps, R&D and supplier performance.
You will be a part of the Quality Assurance/Producibility team located in Borås.

You are responsible for:
Securing Supplier Capabilities from a technical perspective
Technical coordination between R&D and manufacturing in prototype phase
Developing and providing training to colleagues and suppliers
Communication and reporting
Developing and maintaining strategies and processes



Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor within electronics, or equivalent
Min years of experience: 2-5 years
Audit & Assessment Skills
Change & Improvement Management Skills
Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills



Additional Requirements:
Sourcing practice, process and strategy knowledge
Supply chain and supply/manufacturing process knowledge
