Supply Chain Coordinator
On behalf of our client, Add logistics is now looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role you will be part of the Supply Chain department which is lead by the Supply Chain Manager.
Work tasks:
- Arrange transports from courier service to bulk shipments world wide
- Handle declarations and shipping papers
- Supply warehouse with yearly plan and relevant information
- Handle day to day workflow (operation) responsible for the output of warehouses
- Register deliveries in the business system (Navision)
- Update and allocate stock levels
- Coordinate orders, for wholesale, concept stores and internal transfers
- Handle over and under warehouse costs and invoices
- Create invoices and credit notes relevant to the supply chain and claims
Experience and skills:
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Navision and Excel
- Fluency, written and spoken, in English and Swedish
- Preferably a University degree in Business or Logistics
You have experiences from working with logistics and preferably from a businees with large volumes. You are ambitious, driven and accurate. As you will be in contact with the companies partners worldwide, we see you as a positive, happy and accommodating person.
The position is full time and based at the head office in central Stockholm. This is a permanent employment, starting as soon as possible.
