ADB Safegate is seeking for a Supply Chain Coordinator.
Our colleague Sofia will go for maternity leave and we are now looking for someone who can replace her during a period of 12 month, with start the 1st of February.The role of the Supply Chain Coordinator requires a person who has the ability of multitasking and is a problem solver.

Your work assignments
Your main tasks will be purchasing, order handling and delivery planning. You will report to Joakim our Global Manager Order & Delivery and you will be part of a team of eight people but still you will need the ability to work independent. Our team has focus on maintaining a high level of service for our customers and we are constantly measuring our performance with different KPI’s.
Your duties in addition to purchasing, order handling and planning:

Daily contact with suppliers and customers.
Manage Import and Export administration.
Booking of global transportation.



Your background
We are looking for someone who is in the beginning of your career with 1-2 years experience from similar role and with an adequate education of some sort, preferable YH education (yrkeshögskola). You must like quick decisions in a fast paced working environment. You are organized, good with planning and you should have good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Jeeves and SAP is very meritorious. If you are interested in technology, it is an advantage. Since most of our suppliers and most customers are outside Sweden, you must also master English well in speech and writing as well as Swedish. International experience is an advantage.

As a person, you are driven and curious. We would like to see that you are a good administrator, energetic, outgoing, a creative problem solver, quality conscious and find it easy to network with people, both internally and externally with customers and suppliers. It is important that you are driven to do a good work.
This position is full time and you will be located at the HQ office in Malmö, Sweden.
