Supply Chain Coordinator Stockholm
We need a Supply Chain Coordinator to Vattenfall in Solna, Stockholm. You will ensure that parts, tools and services are sourced and delivered at best total cost. You will work with operational purchasing with placing purchase orders, logging in order confirmations, monitoring deliveries and keeping the material flow running. Needed competence for this role is a relevant university degree (or equal), minimum three years relevant work experience in a similar position. You also need a solid understanding of sourcing and vendor management and very good English skills.

Job description
As Supply Chain Coordinator you will join the Supply Chain and Commercial Management team. You will support in optimizing value generation through supply chain The main focus of the current position will be operational purchasing with placing purchase orders, logging in order confirmations, monitoring deliveries and keeping the material flow running. Further, you will preparing tenders and negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, setting up framework agreements and contracts. You will contribute to challenge and improve supplier performance and main suppliers.

You will have the following key responsibilities:

• Analyze the business needs and develop with relevant departments a procurement strategy for materials and services and execute with sourcing and vendor management.
• Ensure that parts, tools and services are sourced and delivered at best total cost of ownership available on the supplier market
• Facilitate and enable sharing of spare parts with logistical support
• Ensure that the value stays at a high level or increases throughout the valid period of the contracts
• Contribute to an international team with cross-country learning

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or equal, with a minimum of three years relevant work experience in a similar Position.
• Solid understanding of sourcing and vendor management, and a genuine technical interest is a must
• Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written
• Sound communication skills, ability to cooperate, and analytical skills is a must.


Experience from working in SAP is considered an advantage, also experience from working with logistics is beneficial.
