Supply chain Coordinator to Vikmanshyttan

Do you want to be a part of a professional team in international company?
In close collaboration with your colleagues in the supply teams, with a clear focus on our customer, you support and contribute to the development of the Supply Chain. Your key responsibilities areas are: SPF supply, master planning, order entry and customer service.
SPF Supply:
To plan orders and control stock.
Participate in VH/LH rituals and action plan.

Master planning:
Plan manufacturing orders (MO).
Release MO and allocate semi-finished products.
Communicate Lead-times to internal / external customers; weekly update of lead-time document.
Prepare and lead weekly planning meeting.
Manage forecast and logistic solutions forecast.
Responsible of stock levels in Vikmanshyttan.

Order entry:
To enter and acknowledge orders.
To perform order entry control, follow up order status, customer constrains.
Monitor order and forecast status in order to make decision regarding the correct short term plan.
To give support/information to customers (order status, information about deviations etc).

You will also participate in projects within Supply Chain.
YOUR PROFILE
You have the ability to work well with customers, to communicate in a professional way and provide excellent service. You are well organized and detail oriented. You have the flexibility to perform different tasks and you have a good collaboration with your peers and other contacts in our organization. You are a team player that gives support to your colleagues but who can also ask for help if necessary.
You are analytic and have the ability to suggest and drive improvement activities in your area. You have a masters degree in logistics or relevant experience from order/logistics handling.
Other competencies:
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft, word and excel.
IT knowledge, good knowledge in SAP is preferred.
Business proficiency in Swedish and English.
