Main responsibilities
Alfa Laval Operation´s mission is to increase customer value by optimizing supply chain performance. As the OD Supply Chain Manager you will lead a team of skilled supply chain professionals that manage a strategic project portfolio. You will advise Operations managers in handling current challenges in the supply chain and help in setting the agenda for the future.

Supply Chain Development is a central team in Operations Development. The team of 11 project managers is responsible for developing and rolling-out global concepts that make our supply chain increasingly competitive in the eyes of the customer. Supply chain development is playing a major role in the strategic development of Alfa Laval?s source, make, deliver, plan and enable processes.

Your responsibility is to lead the team, so that it is able to drive change projects that deliver sustainable results in the organisation. You support management in prioritising the supply chain projects. Together with the rest of the OD organization you expand the base for delivering projects with increased quality and speed.

The position reports to the OD Manager. You will be member of the OD management team and you will be located in Lund or Søborg. You are able to travel up to 50-70 days per year.

Qualifications
You have an M.Sc. in engineering or business, focused on supply chain management, or similar. You have proven management and leaderships skills from a change driven international matrix organisation and at least 10 years of experience working with larger supply chain change projects in an international environment.

You are a very good communicator with a strategic mind-set. You have management skills, show passion and energy and you bring energy to those around you. At the same time you are a pronounced team-player. You understand the interaction between processes, organisation, culture and technology in the whole value chain. You see opportunities rather than limitations and are able to navigate and drive changes successfully on all levels of the matrix organisation.
