Supply Chain Manager


As a Supply Chain Manager you will manage and be responsible of the Supply chain activities for SKFs condition monitoring products. You will be working in a team that takes care of the Demand/Supply Chain of SKFs condition monitoring products and services, containing Customer Service, Demand Chain as well as Supply Chain personnel.


Your day-to-day work
• To establish excellent communication and relationship with the different working partners within and outside SKF
• To safeguard good and efficient interface with Group Purchasing function
• To be responsible for inventories and service from the vendor to the customer
• To be responsible for management of the service, planning, procurement of goods and materials required to perform the supply of goods in an efficient way
• To coordinate and prioritize in between SKF purchase orders with the same Supplier whenever needed
• To ensure that supply chain processes are implemented and followed, and make sure they are in line with Group statements and internal controls.
• To continuously contribute to improvement of existing and development of new processes


We expect you to have
• University degree, or 3-5 years of work experience within the logistic, purchasing and/or financial area of knowledge
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Understand the overall Electronical Manufacturing process
• Good analytic skills


It would be beneficial if you also had a basic technical awareness and/or a certain level of technical interest, willingness and ability to travel occasionally, where fluent in German and/or French, both spoken and written. If you also have experience of working in SAP Environment and XA Environment then this is a merit.
