Support Engineer

Yubico is offering a position for a graduate from an engineering discipline to become Support Engineer at the firm's Stockholm office. Successful candidates will have a good understand of strong 2-factor authentication with a wide appreciation of an application area requiring strong 2-factor authentication such as password management. An overview understanding of modern cryptography, for example PKI vs. symmetric is required. They should have experience of using the salesforce.com CRM in a live environment and regularly use more than 1 desktop operating system, including *nix. They should be able to demonstrate success and experience of handling technical support requests over the telephone and other internet based channels in English and be fluent in spoken and written English.
