SWDL/Faulttracing Teamleader



Responsiblities and task
• Lead and distribute the work of maintaining test objects with regards to SW updates and faulttracing within CEVT test object. (Cars and Boxcars)
• Above includes also to review the request and need of support other departments need of resources, expeditions, reliability  test etc and judge if we can divide resource to support such activities.
• Be aware of upcoming work and see to that we have a resource situation to manage work
• Keep good structure of information
• Develop and maintain systematical ways to follow up and present actual status of SWDL in test object.
• Give budget input when required for investments and Business operations.
• Build up and develop the right competences for the team
• Lead and support the daily work for the team

Profile and Background
• Run the business with a leadership that inspires the members to perform above expectation.
• Ability to motivate, convince and leading change
• Set up targets and take decisions
• Understand the Work law and rules regulation that has to be followed.
• Be serviceminded
• Vehicle competence to be able to balance the worktask distribiution as well as supporting the vehicle management team to maintain proper status of the vehicle.
