Swedish/Finnish Service Engineer

ASUS is looking for a Swedish/Finnish speaking engineer to join our support team. The applicant should have previous experience with both service and support of computer hardware. We expect you to be comfortable, and have at least a few years experience, with the Microsoft Windows operating systems. You should be able to work in a structured manner and trouble-shoot problems over the phone with people of different levels of computer knowledge. We expect you to be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal. You are also expected to be fluent in Norwegian. Responsibilities: - Offer technical support to our customers through phone and email. - On-line trouble shooting. - Pre-sales questions answering. - Other service related administration tasks. As a product technician at ASUS Nordic Support you will be taking care of our Nordic customers, you will often be the first representative for ASUS the customer contacts. You will be part of a highly skilled team that analyze product issues and solve both simple and complex customer problems.
