Are you looking for an exciting and challenging position within a leading international supply chain software company?Syncron is looking for a driven person with documented experience from Account Management and Project Management to be our Nordic Head of Professional Services.<br> Syncron is a supplier of complete solutions for optimizing and managing global supply chains - Easily.Syncron's solution is developed for global companies in the manufacturing and distribution industries.Syncron has offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Birmingham, Warsaw, Atlanta and Tokyo.For more information please visit www.syncron.com As Head of our Nordic Professional Services you will have a key role in developing our professional services business in the Nordics.Your responsibilities will include being the leading account manager leading other account managers as well as taking responsibility for our personnel and people development in the Nordics.The role may also include working as an experienced project manager in our largest and most complex customer projects.You are a driven and outgoing person who is looking for new career opportunities.We believe you have a background as an account manager or project manager in a systems integrator, software company or similar.Among other tasks the role includes the following responsibilities: Work to find, develop and win new consulting projects together with our sales organization Coaching and leading our account managers to improve performance of our professional services organization by generating revenue and profit by winning projects with the right scope and the right contractual terms Coaching and leading our account managers and project managers in operating our projects to maximize customer success and Syncron performance Project management, planning and follow up in our customer implementation projects.Leading project members from the Syncron professional services organization as well as customer employees<p>We are looking for a person with: <br><br></p> More than 10 years of work experience from relevant tasks which we believe could be from working as an account manager or project manager in a systems integrator, software company or similar.
