System Architect within Human Resources

For our customer we are looking for a (consultant-) System Architect within Human Resources.

Description:
Employees are given staff discount as one of the appreciated benefits. It is a benefit provided to all staff globally and purchase with discount can be done in any country. It is valid for all brands and in both channels ? store and online. We now need to secure that we can support this benefit from a system perspective in line with our expansion, since we are about to outgrow current solution. We are therefore starting a prestudy in order to investigate and propose a future IT-solution for enabling and supporting the staff discount.

Job description:
- Map & analyse current state
- Based on desired vision, goals and effects, identify key areas to capture the architectural aspects in in order to recommend the most appropriate solution concept
- Map, analyse and estimate integrations efforts
- Define & evaluate different solution concepts from the architectural point of view
- Drive collection & mapping of important technical/architectural aspects
- Collect requirements from various stakeholders using various methods; interviews, questionnaires, workshops, analysis of documentation
- Work closely in project team with Business/requirements analyst and other members
- Be able to understand, interpret and use our architectural & infrastructural guidelines in the work
- Prepare documents and presentations

Role specific competence
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken & written
- Must be experienced IT architect with broad palette of methods and tools in this area
- Must be experienced in modeling in general and information modeling in particular
- Be good at adapting what methods and tools are used in what situation and towards what target group
- Must have understanding/experience regarding system integration
- Meriting with experience from reporting solutions (data warehouses etc) and/or loyalty solutions
- Meriting with experience of HR solutions and/or retail business
- Good communication skills
