Task: As system engineer you, as a technical specialist, will provide Ascom Wireless Sales companies, international sales partners and OEM customers with system knowledge, trouble shooting and system design on our IP-DECT, VoWiFi, UNITE and teleCARE IP platforms.The position is placed within Ascom Wireless TAC that acts as the final escalation point of technical support provided by Ascom Wireless.On-Duty call rotating every 7-8th week is included in this position. Location: The position is based at Ascom office in Göteborg Sweden. Competences/Person profile: - Engineering background MSc/BSc or equivalent.- Previous work with IEEE 802.11 / SIP - Analytical skills - Direct and open-minded approach - 3rd Level Support experience in an international environment - Fluent in English, additional languages is a merit - Strong team player with independent mind - Strong customer orientation - Knowledge and working experience of project management Time frame: Starting March / April 2010 To promote a good mix between men and women we are especially looking forward to female applicants.
