For our client we are looking for a System Engineer.

Job description:
Our client is looking for a System Engineer within Brake Mechatronics. You will be a part of a small and agile
team responsible for one or several mechatronic brake components.

As a consultant you have a positive attitude and are interested in finding solutions together with other people/teams. You are willing to help others and to ask for help when needed.

The everyday tasks will be:
- Supplier contacts with your global suppliers.
- Lead a cross functional team for your components, from Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Service & After Market, Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier.
- Be present at vehicle build events.
- Be responsible for the overall time planning for your components.
- Attend our clients packaging meetings.
- Run weekly supplier meetings, track, follow up and solve open issues.
- Change Management administration.
- Plan and follow up testing and verification on component as well as on system level.

Required skills:
- Minimum B.Sc. in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 year experience of Automotive R&D. Brake system specific knowledge is a merit.
- Team Center experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Microsoft Office

Preferred skills:
- Catia V5 - merit
