We are looking for a Systems Engineer Telecoms for our Hässleholm facility

Your Role
You will collect and structure internal and external system stakeholders need into long term design solutions and translate the design solution into workable system requirements in order to achieve a solution that creates high customer value and satisfaction. You will ensure consistency of systems requirements, robust solutions and re-usable functionality of the system throughout development and project execution.

You will be working within the data communications and IP protocols area and you need experience in transmission technology, including wireless (cable, fiber, switches, radio, IP, ISDN, and SS7 etc.)

Your Challenges
You will take ownership for the requirements specifications and communicates these towards our internal and external stakeholder, and design and manage internal and external interfaces. You need to have the ability to make technical decisions and product selection to ensure a long term technical solution.

You will be supporting the Project Engineers in the project execution and in customer contacts. As you will be dealing directly with our customers and participating in bid preparations you need to possess strong business acumen.

Your Experience and Qualifications

You have several years of experience from a systems engineer position within the telecoms sector. You have broad knowledge of products, systems and standards within IP networks, radio systems, fiber optic networks, field work. Experience in cellular mobile systems is a merit as is experience of radio wave distribution and cell planning. You need to be fluent in English, and preferably also in Swedish. You need to have broad knowledge of requirement management and requirement management tools.

You are a responsive can balance between innovation and existing solutions. Your drive for results is as strong as your communications and presentations skills.
