Within the department Driver Interaction & Infotainment we are responsible for specifying, developing and verifying systems and components within the infotainment area. We work with the latest technology in order to reach the future characteristics and requirements in a very exciting field.

The group Infotainment Platform is now looking for a System Engineer. As System Engineer Infotainment Platform it is within your role to secure the platform for the entire infotainment system, which demands a broad knowledge of the system as well as deep knowledge in the main areas; System Performance, Resource Management, Power Management, Security. You will be part of the feature team infotainment platform in ongoing projects, working in concept phases of projects as well as contributing to advance engineering projects.

Main responsibility:

* Infotainment system solution
* Delivering system specifications, requirement breakdown
* Defining component requirements in the defined system solution
* Securing that specifications are met by external supplier of system by continuous dialog
* Performing and documenting system - FMEA
* Initiating and performing reviews of proposed system solutions
* Securing verification of approved system solution
* Coordination between all teams in infotainment to secure overall performance of system - manage many interfaces

Required qualifications:

* M.Sc in Electrical and/or Software engineering
* At least 5 years' experience from working in the field of SW Architecture, SW Development, requirement handling within electrical and/or software projects
* Experience from product development
* Experience from working in an international environment
* Automotive and Infotainment experience is preferable
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Driver's license (B-level)
