System Functional Safety Engineer

Position description

We are looking for a System Functional Safety Engineer with experience in product development. Your tasks will be to develop System Safety Plans, Safety Concepts and requirements. Furthermore you take an active part in part in Hazard analyses, FMEA and FTA activities. You shall have great commitment and a willingness to participate in the development of technology and systems for tomorrow's vehicles. Automotive experience is a plus, as well as study or work abroad. Merit is previous experience in feature development, hazard analysis, design/system FMEA, distributed embedded control systems, vehicle communication and model-based development.


Skills & Requirements

- Project Management skills
- Domain experience in any vehicle system area e.g infotainment, chassis, propulsion (CV, EV, Hybrid), body, active/passive safety
- Functional safety knowledge (ISO26262 or other relevant functional safety standards)
- Requirements Management (Doors, System Veawer)
- English in speech and writing
- Good team player/communicator
- Academic degree, Master or Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic or Software Engineering
- 5 years of work experience within systems engineering.
