We currently have the following job opening;

System Manager Power Supply 

Subsystem and components are a part of Electrical Engineering at CEVT, the subsystem and component department are responsible for EDS (wire harness) development, Power supply development, Central electronics and alarm, Comfort Electronics and Switches. The department today consists of approximate 40 employees/consultants and around 50 supplier resident engineers.

As a System Manager you will be involved in all vehicles developed at CEVT. You will have a responsibility to secure that all components/system within the area of Power Supply are developed on target (timing/cost/quality).
You will also have the responsibility as team leader for the Power Supply team at CEVT Sweden and China. You lead the daily work and distribute work tasks to the team members.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Drive technology development within the area of Power Supply.
• Develop best practices to improve the way of working for the Power Supply Team.
• Lead the Power Supply team to support EE deliveries in the vehicle programs.
• Reporting Power Supply status in vehicle/platform projects.

Profile and Background
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. eng.
• Experience of working with automotive development
• Knowledge about trends and applicability of new tools in the area.
• High knowledge in Catia V5 (including flattening) and related systems.
• You have experience of project management
• Ability to motivate and convince
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• You have efficient and excellent planning skills and you are able to work in a structured way
• Quick and efficient in problem resolving
• You have a cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
• Able to travel from time to time
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Able to handle a quick pace of changes
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Skilled user in Microsoft Office
