WHAT WE NEED
Our System Test Team is looking for an experienced System Test Leader in order to strengthen our test team within Smart cards and IoT. The team is responsible for defining, executing and automating our SW system test for our Smartcard and IoT solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The role includes to lead and plan, both long term and on a day to day basis, activities for the test team. You will work in close cooperation with the other system test leaders, SW development leaders, line managers and customer organization. You will be the system test representative in different product projects. You will also contribute to the development and improvement of the system test strategy, working processes and resource handling.


IS THIS YOU?
You hold a Master´s degree within engineering or equivalent. You have extensive experience of test execution and have worked with test management for a minimum of four years. You need to have experience of a team leading role, resource budget and status reporting. You have experience from working with products containing both HW and SW in embedded systems.

We also appreciate knowledge and experience from smart phone industry. It is also a plus if you have experience of quality assurance specification towards manufacturing partners.

You should appreciate driving assignments independently as well as in a team. Knowledge sharing is part of the job and good teamwork ethic is a necessity.

WHERE IN THE WORLD ARE YOU NEEDED?
Your home base will be in Malmö, Sweden, but prepare yourself for international travels to our suppliers, partners and customers.
