System Test & Verification within Air Command & Control Systems

Your role

You will work with development of our world class command and control systems within the air domain. The systems have been developed over years and includes real high end functionality tailored for our customers. Our systems are the brain, collecting information from many different sensors, presenting the current situation for the operator to coordinate the air defense units in order to maintain the air space sovereignty.

We deliver to both Swedish and international customers.

You will work in one of our projects, in an agile environment together with our experienced colleagues.

You will also be offered a tailored competence program to get the detailed knowledge needed to as quickly as possible get you ready in your new position.



To work with system verification means that you have to understand the system requirements, write verification procedures/specifications, perform manual verification on systems of system as well as analyzing the result and find the root cause when a test is out of spec. You will be a part of our verification team and be surrounded of knowledgeable, ambitious and helpful colleagues.

This work includes communication in various forms, both internally and externally (with customer, subsuppliers and stakeholders). Hence, to do well in this role you need excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbally and in writing.

Tasks will include:

* Analyze requirements from a verification point of view
* Define system verification plans and procedures
* Perform testing and verification on system level
* Analyze result and write verification reports
* Perform system testing together with customer to show status of the product



Your profile

To thrive in these roles, you are a self-motivated person with great communication skills. You are used to efficiently collaborating with team members as well as other stakeholders. You are structured and have a confident mindset enabling you to adapt to circumstances.

You are eager to learn and are continuously seeking for new knowledge.

You have a Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science or similar.

You have at least 5 years of experience within system verification (both manual and automation). Since you will be offered a tailored education for our Air Command and Control Systems, detailed experience in that area is not required.

Required skills:

* Very good knowledge within System Verification from an operators perspective
* Test automation
* Manual testing
* Ability to analyze complex systems
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

At our division Operation Sweden, you will be part of developing our world-class Combat Systems and C4I Solutions. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and professionals in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth. You will be part of the C2S unit who develop command & control systems for air, naval and land domains. The team you will join consists primarily engineers based in Järfälla. C2S is part of the Business Area Surveillance.
