You will be part of a team that operates continuously and develops our solutions used in 20+ countries as well as implements solutions for new countries.
You will:
• Be part of the iterative design process with the team
• Work together with our SaaS providers and define a solution design between Ingka and the vendor responsible together with our integration team.
• Configure vendor solution according to Ingka-specific requirements
• Create custom reports
• Support and partly build extensions to vendor solutions based on unique IKEA requirements
• Make sure our documentation and specifications are always up to date
• Support the products we develop in production
In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
• Good experience with various implementations of vendors like UKG Workforce Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central, ATOSS, and aTurnos. Ideally, in a technical role worked with Timekeeping accruals Advance scheduling etc.
• Knowledge and experience with integration of HR / Workforce Management solutions, like ADP and SAP SuccessFactors EC
• Good experience in integrations work, to and from vendor solutions with Data translation and API mappings
• Good Experience creating custom reports from vendor data.
• Good experience working in agile software development teams with an emphasis on self-organization
• Experience in building extensions of vendors
• Understanding of API design. API 1st mindset, REST API design
• Understanding of event-based architecture
