Rebtel is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager

The role:

As Talent Acquisition Manager at Rebtel you will be fully responsible for Rebtel’s recruitments from A - Z. Meaning identify the need for recruitment and roles in our different departments, create job ads, screen and interview candidates and make sure that we do high quality recruitments for all positions. You will be handling direct applications as well as searching for and contact external potential candidates. It is your responsibility to make sure that the process goes as smooth as it possible can for both Rebtel and the candidate.

 

Furthermore in this role you will develop new creative recruitment strategies going forward and together with our HR Manager you will continue the work on Rebtel’s employer brand, aiming to build and maintain an attractive role on Stockholm’s tech scene.

 
Requirements:

You have 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing
Good knowledge of recruiting to various roles, especially tech related ones
You have a strong inner drive and sense of ownership
You love working in a fast-moving environment
Experience of hiring internationally and enticing talent to relocate to Sweden when needed
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communications skills
