TCP/IP Network Specialist

Our Technical Support team is based at our Örnsköldsvik and Umeå offices, with direct access and communication between us and our engineering teams. We provide extremely advanced and appreciated support to our customers, network administrators around the globe. In our team we want everyone to develop and grow, both as persons and professionals. We want you to develop and seek new challenges and we will support you to pursue new roles within our company, such as Professional Services engineer, Sales engineer, SW tester, Developer etc.

At our offices in Örnsköldsvik and Umeå we have self-learned engineers, engineers with Ph.D's, we have people of all ages, religious and non-religious etcetera from 26 different nationalities. All brilliant persons brought together by the demanding but developing work tasks, as well as the team spirit, welcoming and accepting attitude.

We are looking for new team members who want to become specialists in TCP/IP networks, operating systems, virtualization environment etc. and who want to work with global customers and an international team where everything is possible as long as we work together as a team.

What do we require from you? Very good knowledge in TCP/IP based networks, good system and virtualization knowledge, an analytic mind, fluent in English, customer oriented and a will to develop and grow as a person and a professional.
