Position Summary
As a team leader within radio design you will lead and be responsible for transceiver and power amplifier design teams in our development projects. In this role, you will develop and use Agile and Lean methods&tools in order to create and maintain skilled and high performing teams. You will work close with our other design sites in Beijing, Chengdu, Ottawa and Lund and be a vital part of our global governance setup. You will participate and contribute in planning and execute activities together with other stakeholders as SW, System, Integration, Sourcing and Supply in order to make our radio products to be successfully delivered to our customers according to the overall plans.



Responsibilities & Tasks

Lead and plan the design activities for the radio design teams (10–20 persons).
Release radio boards that fulfills Ericsson’s requirements regarding quality, time-to-market and cost.
Drive continuous improvements within radio board design’s processes and ways of working.
Play an active role in creating an innovative work environment.

Position Qualifications

Core Competences:

Experience in leading teams within a R&D organization
Experience in HW and/or SW development
Result oriented with a clear customer focus
Lean & Agile knowledge and skills
Excellent team player with good networking skills


Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

MSc/BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
Minimum 3 years’ experience of product development
English Skills, oral and written
