Team Leader Contact Center

This position reports directly to the Head of Contact Center and is based out of Älmhult in Sweden.


Key Responsibilities :
A Team Leader at Ikano will focus on:
- Leadership
- Coaching
- Planning and managing work aligned to SLA targets
- Cooperating with other team leaders within the contact center

In your role as a Team Leader, you are responsible for both operational and staff issues. This means leading, coaching and developing our employees in accordance with Ikano Bank's values and ensuring that the work of the department evolves forward and works as efficiently as possible.



Required skills and qualifications :
