Team Leader Operations for eBike company

Our client, a leading micromobility company in Stockholm, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Operations Team Leader, working out in the city in Stockholm. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of people finding and reparking eBikes, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of parking guards, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain relationships with parking guards, providing regular feedback and training to help them improve

- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Manage parking and finding eBikes in designated areas

- Conduct daily inspections of parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards

- Monitor team performance and create reports using Excel

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within parking enforcement or security

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Excel

- Fluent in English

- Valid driver's license
