Team Leader to Convergys

Due to parental leave, Convergys are now looking to hire a temporary Team Leader.

Are you skilled in providing excellent customer experience? Are you able to take appropriate decisions during a hectic tempo? Do you like to see development in others and to coach, communicate and promote good teamwork? Now we have the right position for you!

What will your day look like?
You will lead a team of 18-20 Support Professionals, providing them with support and helping them develop in their role. You have the operational responsibility of your team?s performance and insuring that the client?s targets are met.

Some of your responsibilities as a Team Leader:

- Ensure that the Support Professionals have a clear understanding of performance expectations, that they are properly trained and that they have access to all the tools and resources they need to perform at high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Coach and mentor Support Professionals to ensure goals are set for their personal and professional growth and development. Maintain open communication with all team members. Act as a resource for answering questions, resolving product and policy questions.
- Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures.
- Partner with Human Resources to screen, interview and hire Support Professionals for contract. You will have a good insight of the key performance indicators.

Who will be suitable for the position?
Do you enjoy being the one who support others and to see them develop in their roles? Have you demonstrated the ability to coach and develop others? Do you have a proven track record from achieving results? Are you flexible and can adapt quickly to changes?
It is an advantage if you have experience from a call center and a couple of years´ experience from customer service or sales. You have good knowledge of software applications and skills in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs. You are structured, analytical and have a good judge of character. As a Team Leader you have the ability to motivate and mentor the Support Professionals, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development. You have skills in providing constructive feedback to others.
Experience from leadership is a prerequisite.
It is preferred that you have a university- or college degree.
